Melissa is a Licensed Business Broker at Green & Co. In addition, she is chief strategy officer at S3 Advisors LLC, a technology consulting firm that helps the enterprise and SMB plan for digital transformation. Melissa is passionate about the hospitality and travel industry, as well as the world of entrepreneurship and business ownership. Her primary role at S3 focuses on assisting clients select, procure and implement business solutions that facilitate transformational change. As a Business Broker, Melissa focuses on working with company owners who are looking to exit their business, and she finds the perfect buyers to acquire those companies. She also helps companies who are interested in growing via acquisition.

Prior to her current roles at Green & Co. and S3, Melissa served as global vice president of business development at Cenium. Melissa successfully managed global expansion over six years and led business development and partner sales for Cenium’s worldwide offices in Scandinavia, Hong Kong, Iceland and the Americas. She also managed the corporate relationships with Microsoft, IBM, LS Retail and other strategic partners. Before Melissa’s technology career, she held leadership positions with Promus, American Ski Company and Starwood where she managed sales and marketing teams across multi-property and resort destinations.

Melissa’s experience with large publicly traded companies as well as several start-ups has molded her strong business acumen. She is passionate about business architecture and leads from a process driven foundation. She believes business is about the people, products, process and metrics. Getting those aspects correct is essential and with it, great things can happen.

She is a graduate of the State University of New York, Plattsburgh and holds a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She resides in Naples, Florida with her twin daughters Heather and Lauren, and their dogs Honey and Ginger.
