‘Chef Joe’ has been a professional chef for the past 25 years and has transitioned to the field of business brokerage. Having worked in all areas of the hospitality industry, Joseph now specializes in restaurant sales. As a business broker, he enjoys helping sellers confidentially market their restaurants for sale, and he loves the thrill of the hunt to find buyers the perfect restaurant to purchase. Being a chef and spending 25 years in the hospitality industry, he intricately understands how a restaurant operates and he can relate to restaurant owners, as well as restaurant buyers on a much more detailed level than that of the average business broker. He is backed by an amazing team of fellow business brokers at Green & Co, where the continual focus is on improving the customer experience of working with a business broker to buy or sell a business.

Joseph has spent time on Great Diamond Island in Casco Bay, Maine working as the Executive Chef of The Inn at Diamond Cove, and spent four seasons sharing his culinary talents at The Dolphin Marina and Restaurant in Harpswell, Maine. In recent years, Chef Joe has spent his culinary career working in Florida at several prestigious country clubs. Lost Tree Country Club, Jupiter Hills Country Club, Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club, Quail Valley Golf and Yacht Club and while at Johnson & Wales, served his internship at Cheeca Lodge on Islamorada in the Florida Keys.

Joseph is currently working to obtain his degree in Business Administration. His hobbies include ice sculpting, scuba diving, and racing wave runners. Originally from Maine, Joseph is enjoying the winter weather of Southwest Florida. His three children and grandson are still enjoying the snow and cold of northern New England.
