Logan’s Role at Green & Co.
Logan is a Florida business broker, specializing in small to medium-sized business sales. He assists business owners who wish to sell their current business and buyers who are looking to purchase an existing business. He is truly fascinated with the intricate details, outside-the-box mentality, and perseverance that’s required to make a business sale successful. Logan values each and every buyer and seller that he assists, working diligently to help them achieve the results that they expect and deserve.
Logan has had an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit surrounding him since birth. He grew up in Kentucky, surrounded by family businesses. Logan quickly formed a “whatever it takes” attitude, with a good southern work ethic behind it. He believes strongly in loyalty, integrity, and going above and beyond the call of duty.
Logan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with degrees in Political Science, Global Studies, Philosophy, and Spanish. He lived in Central America for a short while prior to launching his career as a Certified Personnel Consultant with a high-performance executive recruiting firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Logan worked very successfully in executive recruiting and sales for many years, before following his dream of moving to Florida.
A transplant to the Sunshine State, he loves the Florida lifestyle. Logan spends most of his free time exploring the barrier islands of Southwest Florida with his dog Earl, playing acoustic guitar, and fly fishing.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite thing about being a business broker is working in the world of small business and entrepreneurship. I have the opportunity of helping sellers confidentially market and sell their businesses to buyers. I also get to help qualified buyers purchase businesses.
What is your favorite motivational quote and why?
“You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.” - Darren Hardy
It’s my favorite quote because when I define my goals, I give my brain something new to look for and focus on from a series of small, smart choices to instill the discipline for a routine, which if done over time forms the success habits necessary to reap whatever the rewards of goal achievement are.
